Summary

This article covers how to create and update your account profile.


The Account Manager can be found under the Account menu from a desktop browser.


Note: If you need access to the account profile or payment information but do not see the appropriate menu option, contact your Account Administrator.

The first tab on this page is the account profile information where you can give the account a new name and update contact information.


Contact information only serves the purpose of identifying the primary contact person for the account in case someone from the support team needs to reach out. 




Subscriptions can be updated or changed at any time.
