Tool Name: Participant Notifications
Tool Description:
Site users can directly send custom messages to patients via email and/or app notifications through the Participant Notifications page.
Automatic notifications on the study will go out via email. To receive app notifications, patients must download and log in to the Datatrak Direct mobile app.
Tool Use:
To send manual messages or notifications to patients, select the Participant Notifications option under the Subject menu.
Once open, you can filter (item 4 below) by site or note type. Individual messages can be sent by clicking the link (item 1 below), or group messages can be sent by selecting the Group column checkboxes and clicking the Send Group Notification link (Item 2 below). Past messages can be viewed by clicking the link (Item 3 below).
In order to ensure manual e-mail notification are received, Participants should complete at least one form from the Participant portal for the Study that are registered in.
