Summary

This article covers how to view, sort, and export the Field Lock Report.

The Field Lock Report displays FLSV-defined data points that

  • Have been monitored (FLSV locked)
  • Have been un-monitored (FLSV unlocked) by the site


The Field Lock Report is found under the Reports menu. Users must have permission to view this report.



Once open, the user can see activity from any monitoring that has been performed or changed within the subject CRFs. 



The table column headers can be selected to sort and the various filters can be used to search for specific items. The Age column is important for finding a specific time period where a field was monitored or unmonitored.


The table can also be exported to Excel at any time for more advanced filtering/sorting.
