Summary

This article covers how to Hide and Show Forms in Form Builder.


As forms are added to the Form Builder, the Existing Forms data table can become quite large requiring the user to scroll down to the working area to perform work tasks in the Form Builder. The Hide Forms control allows the user to hide the Existing Forms data table to allow for more working space within the Form Builder application as shown in the figure below.

  

To hide the Existing Forms data table, click the Hide Forms control located in the Links table. After clicking the Hide Forms control the Existing Forms data table is no longer displayed and the Hide Forms control changes to Show Forms control in the figure below.


 

To show the Existing Forms data table, simply click the Show Forms button. When the link is clicked, the Existing Forms data table will reappear.
