All the studies you have access to appear on the right side of your screen when logged in.
Note: you will not see a dropdown field like the one highlighted below if you only belong to one study.
If you do not see the study you need in the area highlighted above, there are two possible causes:
- The study administrator has not provided you access.
- The wrong account (website host) is currently selected, as highlighted below.
You may have access to multiple Website Hosts (Accounts) that can be selected in the area highlighted above. Depending on the current Website Host selected, the corresponding studies you belong to will display as options directly below that.
Lastly, if you are getting a message, such as "Access Denied," it is due to one of the following reasons:
- Your access has been suspended by the study administrator.
- The account your study is being run on is on a trial version of the software and needs to be upgraded or extended by the study administrator.
